DIRECTIONS

If you take the subway at the airport, it takes you about 25 to 35 minutes to get to our guesthouse.
You have to take the Red line and change to the Green line at station Alameda (direction Cais do Sodré) then exit at the station Baixa/Chiado, in this station take the exit that says Rua do Ouro/Rua do Crucifixo.
Walk in the straight line until you get to Rua Augusta (a wide street without cars) where you turn left and then right.
Our door is between two shoes shops called Lisbonense.

SAFE AND CLEAN

Being the quality of the service, one of the fundamental point as well the excellent standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the entire guesthouse , in view of the new realty that we live in , we reinforce and complement the procedures according to the guidelines of the competent authorities making our protocols of more rigorous and efficient cleaning and hygiene.

“Clean and Safe”

  • Strict training plan for all members of our staff
  • Increased frequency of cleaning public areas
  • Extra disinfection of the areas of the rooms most frequently touched
  • Removal off all decorative items and service information (these will be provided in digital format or available on request)
  • Reinforced cleaning and disinfection procedures in the rooms at check-out and check-in
  • Reinforcement of the hand sanitizing gel throughout the guesthouse.

Turismo de Portugal launched a digital platform “Clean and safe”, where all the information related to the establishments, services and adhering activities is gathered, where they are located and what hygiene and health safety requirements they have committed to comply with.

The website, available in Portuguese and English , also allows the assessment, by the tourist themselves, of the degree of confidence in the performance of companies and entities with the regard to compliance with the requirements of the Seal, in an appeal to the responsibility of all for safer tourism.

Customer evaluation will be one of the indicators used by Turismo de Portugal to carry out random surveys of participating companies and services , in conjunction with the competent authorities and association representing the activities covered
